The delegates also benefited from learning opportunities through hands-on demonstrations of the latest equipment features. These included a preview of upcoming enhancements to the YSUP graphical software for machine control and factory management.
On the second day, the meeting was held at the prestigious Hotel De Medici in Düsseldorf, where all attendees were updated on Yamaha's product and sales strategies for the coming year.
The event concluded with the presentation of the annual dealer awards, recognizing outstanding performance over the past year. Mancini Enterprise, Yamaha's dealer in Italy, Albania, and Croatia, received the 2022 Most Valuable Dealer Award for its excellent annual sales.
Mindaugas Pališaitis of Etama received the 2022 Best Service Award in recognition of the team's support for customers in Latvia and Lithuania. Thomas Metz, Yamaha's Director of Operations SMT, presented the award, highlighting the long-term value gained by building customer trust through a skilled team.
Slawomir Florian, Yamaha's Sales Director for Eastern Europe, presented the 2022 Special Achievement Award to Amtest. The Bulgarian distributor received the award for its growth in the local market, both for Yamaha's YS Series printing, placement, and inspection machines and for its complete 1 STOP SMART SOLUTION lines.
