HDI to Integrate More Functions in Less Space
Among the new products JLCPCB will present is its advanced HDI PCB manufacturing service, which responds to the growing demand for high-density, miniaturized, and high-performance electronic designs. Thanks to its microvias, narrower traces, and reduced trace spacing, this technology allows for the integration of more interconnects in less space and offers new possibilities in consumer electronics, automotive, 5G communications, and IoT.
JLCPCB, which launched the service in September, manufactures 4- to 32-layer boards with first- to third-order HDI structures, using laminates from Shengyi and Nanya and applying strict process control. Its manufacturing capabilities include traces and minimum spacings of 3/3 mil (with the possibility of reaching 2.7/2.7 mil), laser-drilled blind vias from 0.075 to 0.15 mm, and buried vias from 0.15 to 0.55 mm in diameter.
Engineers can view all manufacturing capabilities, upload their Gerber files to the platform, and get an instant quote based on their design specifications.
JLCONE: Order management from a single application
To manage all these services, JLCPCB uses JLCONE, an application already available for desktop (Windows and macOS) and mobile (Android and iOS). From a single interface, users can request quotes, place orders, and check the manufacturing and shipping status. Furthermore, notifications about changes or issues and direct contact with the support team make it easy to track each order.
