application-lcm-wFor various reasons, LED lights don't need to be on all the time; they should only be activated when people approach or pass by. This simple solution eliminates unnecessary energy consumption. Therefore, the LCM series, in combination with PIR sensors, becomes the best solution.
LCM

The LCM-40/60 series is designed with an auxiliary 12V/50mA DC power supply to power the PIR sensor. When the sensor detects human movement, its DIM port sends a signal to the DIM+ and DIM- ports of the LCM-40/60 to activate it. In short, thanks to the synchronization feature, the signal can be transmitted to another LCM-40/60 for simultaneous control and data sharing between multiple units.
Note: The primary application of the PIR sensor is infrared detection of the human body. The sensor's multi-layered coating blocks most infrared radiation, allowing only infrared radiation with a wavelength close to 36.5°C to pass through, making it suitable for motion detection.
