The light can be continuously dimmed according to the conditions inside the machine (e.g., glare) and its operating status. Up to 15 lamps can be connected in series if needed, saving wiring and time. The lamps can also be switched on and off without interrupting the power supply via an integrated digital input, eliminating the need for relays or high-power switches. Another factor contributing to reduced maintenance costs is the LEDs' 65,000-hour lifespan.
These lamps can be connected to the machine controller via a PLD communication module. This module is installed before the first lamp and is conveniently parameterized and controlled through the machine's bus system.
Lamps of this type can be purchased with lengths of 200 mm, 365 mm and 695 mm and irradiation angles of 50° or 100°, and communication modules with Profinet or Profibus interface.
