The products are aimed at design engineers working on medical equipment, home healthcare, and industrial technology.

The PGW and PGD series utilize a gallium nitride (GaN)-based design, enabling a compact and lightweight form factor. Typical power density for the PGW65 is 0.37 W/cm³ (6.06 W/cubic inch), for the PGW100 it is 0.53 W/cm³ (8.72 W/cubic inch), for the PGD100 it is 0.48 W/cm³ (7.93 W/cubic inch), and for the PGD140 it is 0.55 W/cm³ (9.0 W/cubic inch). Weight ranges from approximately 220 g (PGW65) to 380 g (PGD140).

These power supplies are approved for medical and ITE use worldwide by various safety agencies. They are certified to standards such as ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and EN60601-1, EN60601-1-11 for medical applications, and UL 62368-1, EN62368-1, IEC62368-1, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 62368-1-14, CCC, and AU/NZS 62368.1 for computer equipment. Class II construction and reinforced insulation provide enhanced safety for medical devices and appliances. They feature two MOPP (4 kVAC input-to-output) insulations and one MOPP (1.5 kVAC input-to-ground) insulation. The patient leakage current is low, typically 85 µA, with a maximum of 100 µA at 264 VAC/60 Hz. These medical safety features, insulation, and low leakage currents are key differentiators compared to some alternatives.

The PGW and PGD series comply with the Power Delivery protocol and support USB PD 3.1/3.0 and QC4.0/3.0/2.0 fast charging protocols. Output voltages of 5V to 20VDC (PGD100, PGW65/100) or 5V to 28VDC (PGD140) are automatically selected based on system charging requirements. The output connector is USB Type-C. Maximum output power is 65W (PGW65), 100W (PGD100), and 140W (PGD140).

A wide input range of 80V to 264VAC makes these power supplies suitable for universal use. The wall-mountable PGW65 and PGW100 models offer fixed or interchangeable power connectors for the US, UK, EU, Australia, and China, ensuring global compatibility. The PGW and PGD series meet Tier VI (Tier VII ready) and EU2019/1782 energy efficiency standards, helping to reduce waste heat and enabling a convection-cooled design that provides quiet operation with increased reliability. No-load power consumption is less than 0.15W for optimal efficiency. Furthermore, the gasketed design allows the units to meet IP22 environmental ratings.

The units feature Class B conducted and radiated emissions, compliant with standards such as EN55032/EN55011, which can eliminate the need for a separate EMC/EMI filter. The PGW and PGD series are also equipped with a local LED that changes color and flashes to indicate the power supply status in three modes: standby, normal operation, and fault. This provides instant visual confirmation, aids in diagnostics, and enhances safety by alerting users to hazardous conditions. The series are well-suited for applications including respiratory care, patient treatment, patient monitoring, hospital equipment, analytical instrumentation, imaging, and testing and measurement.

The PGW and PGD series operate in a temperature range of 0 to +60 °C, with a linear reduction in output power from 100% load at 40 °C to 50% load at 60 °C. Standard protections include overload, overvoltage (with automatic recovery), and short circuit (with disconnection and restart).
