trinergy-cube“In addition to the Trinergy Cube’s industry-leading features, recently recognized with the 2014 EMEA Frost & Sullivan Technology Leadership Award, this latest update offers our customers even greater scalability to meet their evolving power requirements,” said Giovanni Zanei, Director of Product Marketing for Power Systems at Emerson Network Power in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. “Data center managers now have greater flexibility by being able to scale the UPS as their needs grow with smaller power cores, reducing capital expenditures and total cost of ownership.”

By allowing for smaller capacity increases, the new 200 kVA power core size expands the range of possibilities in power systems, while offering the industry's highest average operating efficiency (98.5%) and up to 99.5% peak efficiency. Furthermore, Trinergy Cube's intelligent capacity maximizes power delivery to the load by adapting to the installation's environmental conditions.

The unit's design is also extremely flexible, as Trinergy Cube allows for hot-swapping up to 3 MW in a single unit and up to 24 MW in a parallel system, and can be configured in a wide range of layouts, such as in a row, L-shaped, or reverse-to-reverse. Thanks to its high power density, data center managers can make better use of available floor space, reducing ever-increasing space costs and optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO).

The Trinergy Cube is complemented by sophisticated maintenance capabilities provided by Emerson Network Power's LIFE™ remote diagnostic and preventative monitoring service. This service gives the maintenance team real-time UPS analysis, enabling them to recommend actions that maintain optimal operating performance and allow for proactive and immediate problem resolution.
