It features digital isolators with 1 to 6 channels, with default low or high outputs, unidirectional or bidirectional, up to 150 Mbps, and models with an I2C interface.
Their operating voltage is 2.5 to 5.5 V, and they have a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Their standard power consumption is only 1.8 mA per channel, significantly lower than that of traditional optocouplers, which require much higher current draw due to their internal LEDs.
They hold various certifications, including VDE, UL, EN 60950-1, EN 62368-1, and EN 61010-1, and some models are AEC-Q100 certified, making them suitable for the automotive sector.

The main advantages of digital isolators over traditional isolators (optocouplers) are:

• Greater immunity to CMTI interference > 200kV/uS
• Longer lifespan >40 years
• Higher speed (up to 150Mbps)
• Up to 6 channels in the same package = Reduced size
• Lower power consumption
• Faster activation time (9ns)
