Analog Devices' LTM2810 micromodule isolators, available from Mouser Electronics, feature separate logic supply pins, supporting easy interfacing with different logic levels ranging from 1.6 V to 5.5 V, and providing 7.5 kVRMS of isolation for one minute between the input and output logic interfaces. Ideal for systems with different ground potentials, the LTM2810 micromodule isolators enable uninterrupted communication through large common-mode transients faster than 50 kV/µs.

The LTM2810 micromodule isolators feature an integrated transformer driver on the logic side and a low-dropout regulator (LDO) on the isolated side, which regulates the output of the rectified transformer. These complete digital galvanic isolators require no external components and are available in SPI and I²C compatible variants(with master-mode support only). The devices offer high-speed operation, with 400 kHz I²C isolation,4 MHz/8 MHz SPI isolation, and 10 MHz digital isolation. The LTM2810 micromodule isolators have a 16.2 mm leakage current and offer a maximum continuous operating voltage of 1 kVRMS and 1.6 kVDC.
