Relays up to 10A are encapsulated for printed circuit boards; the rest are for panel mounting. Each relay incorporates the latest IGBT or MOSFET technology, minimizing OFF-state losses and providing very low ON-state resistance.
The chassis of panel-mount relays are designed for continuous operation. Using the correct heatsink, the operating temperature range is either -40°C to +90°C or -25°C to +90°C. PCB-mount relays also operate continuously at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C or -20°C to +80°C using the specified heatsink. Technical information for these high-power DC solid-state relays is available on the Teledyne website
