LexiumThe Lexium 32i servo drive features a modular design that allows for the creation of numerous individual versions using just a few part numbers. Furthermore, the online configurator makes finding the right configuration extremely simple, and the unit is delivered in separate components that can be assembled in minutes. In this way, the Lexium 32i combines the advantages of an integrated servo drive—reduced engineering and installation effort with smaller control cabinet space requirements—with a high degree of flexibility, allowing for customization to meet individual needs.

It should be noted that the Lexium 32i is available in 70 and 100 millimeter flanges, the equipment is powered by 110 or 230 V~ single-phase or 208 to 480 V~ three-phase with a power range up to 2.2kW and that two versions of fieldbus and I/O connector modules are available: with industrial connectors or terminal connectors.

Easy Wiring:
The innovative connector module design of the new Lexium 32i allows cables to be mounted on the top or rear of the unit. This way, the servo drive adapts to the machine's design requirements, not the other way around.
Based on this principle, savings are achieved through reduced wiring, lower installation costs, and a smaller control cabinet. Because the servo drive and servo motor are a single unit, there is no need for separate power and encoder cables.

Lexium1Energy-efficient operation
: Because the servodrive is installed directly on the machine, and not in the control cabinet, the energy required for the cabinet's air conditioning is reduced. Furthermore, the new Lexium 32i features passive cooling and does not require a fan, as the casing radiates the heat generated by the servodrive, making it sufficiently cooled by outside air at normal ambient temperatures.
