The new 30ECT motor is available in two lengths, the 30ECT64 and the 30ECT90. Both the 30ECT64 and 30ECT90 motors feature our patented Ultra coil technology, delivering unmatched torque and power density with minimal core losses across a wide operating speed range, eliminating friction and brush wear. These motors incorporate our patented high-speed rotor design and support speeds up to 30,000 rpm. The 30ECT90 is unique, showcasing new applications for slim/long housings with impressive torque characteristics, while the 30ECT64 bridges the power gap between the 22ECT82 and the 30ECT90, providing high-speed options. Thanks to its robust design, the 30ECT can withstand sustained peak torque for two seconds of up to 1.3 Nm (30ECT64) and 2.4 Nm (30ECT90).

The 30ECT motors can be adapted to most industrial applications, increasing device life and reliability without compromising power or machine performance, while also saving energy. The new 30ECT motors are the ideal choice for applications such as battery-powered hand tools, including industrial clamping devices and drills, factory automation equipment like electric grippers, humanoid robots, and automation actuators, as well as applications with diameter restrictions.

The new 30ECT motors feature a laser-welded front flange to ensure robust housing and maintain high torque response. The coil head incorporates a temperature probe, guaranteeing optimized motor performance control in demanding applications. These motors are available with Hall sensors and a total of six different coils to suit your speed and voltage requirements.
