With an increase in length of only 6.2 mm, the motor/speed controller combinations offer the same installation space as products with the integrated IEF3-4096 (L) encoder.
Thanks to the use of synergistic effects in the encoder variants, the speed controller is integrated into the robust motor housing.
The motors are based on FAULHABER's SC technology and can be commissioned quickly, easily, and conveniently using the familiar Motion Manager (version 6.6 and later). The speed controller connects to the application via a 6-pin flat cable, and appropriate connectors are available as an option.
The speed controller can be combined with BXT motors with housings 2214...BXT H, 3216...BXT H, and 4221...BXT H. Even with full integration, the robust speed controller ensures the use of almost the entire power and speed range of the corresponding base motors. The designed cooling concept minimizes heat loss.
The combination of BXT H motors with the speed controller is the ideal solution for precisely controlling speeds in confined spaces with high torque. Typical applications include portable devices (for the tattoo industry, for example), equipment manufacturing, and laboratory and industrial automation.
