Short-travel pushbuttons are suitable for both switching functions on and off, as well as for signaling. Designed for an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C, Tact Switches are available with actuation forces of 170, 330, and 520 gf. These short-travel switches, used, for example, in remote controls, have a footprint of 4.5 × 3.2 mm and a height of 2.5 mm. Tight tolerances are maintained thanks to a new automated production process. The full-load life test (50 mA/16 VDC) resulted in an electrical life of 100,000 cycles. The pushbuttons have also passed a 48-hour salt spray test and withstood five soldering cycles. The plastic material is UL94 flammability certified.

The new WS-RSTV (Rocker Switch THT Vertical), designed for a panel footprint of only 19.2 × 6.8 mm, features a 4.75 mm (0.187") quick-connect fitting. The color-etched marking is available with the letter "1" in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. This switch, with an electrical life of 10,000 cycles, has also been fully loaded. The operating temperature range is 0 to +85 °C. The PA66 plastic material meets UL94 flammability standards and has undergone the Glow Wire test at 850 °C according to IEC 60695-2-11 under standard 61058-1, as well as a UV test according to IEC 60068-2-5. It is UL/ENEC 61058-1 and CQC16002160972 certified. The contact material is silver on an alloy. copper.
