Increasing the maximum operating temperature from 110°C to 125°C allows the photorelays to be mounted in high-temperature environments and facilitates compliance with the desired temperature margins in equipment design. The S-VSON4T package currently offers one of the smallest mounting surfaces on printed circuit boards, at 2.9 mm² with a height of only 1.3 mm. Its small dimensions will help reduce board size or increase the number of photorelays in an existing circuit for applications such as semiconductor testers, probe boards, thermal testing equipment, and other test and measurement equipment.
The TLP3407SRA has a typical low on-resistance (RON) of 0.2Ω and a switching current of up to 1A, making it ideal for switching applications in high-speed logic IC testers and memories. The device is also characterized by its low input power consumption of 3.3mW.
The TLP3407SRA has an input resistance of 4000Ω. The internal resistance of the TLP3475SRHA and TLP3412SRHA is typically 600Ω, eliminating the need for an external input resistor and reducing the overall footprint. All devices also offer a no-conduction current of 1nA at 50V and are supplied with low output pin capacitances of 80pF, 12pF, and 20pF, respectively.
