AVX's new "U" series of automotive RF chip capacitors is rated for use in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C, is lead-free, and features Ni/Sn plated terminations. Capacitance values and tolerances for size 0402 capacitors range from 0.2pF to 22pF at 1MHz. For size 0603 capacitors, capacitance values and tolerances range from 1.0pF to 100pF at 1MHz. The "U" series automotive capacitors are also available in four working voltage ratings: 25 and 50WVDC for size 0402 capacitors and 50, 100, and 200WVDC for size 0603 capacitors.
The “U” series automotive capacitors can be packaged on 7” or 13” reels or sold in bulk. Lead time for this series is 10-12 weeks.
