With their large gold-plated surface, they discharge high-frequency interference to the enclosures they contact or to the ground layers of adjacent PCBs with lower impedances. Therefore, integrated systems of all types can be installed by making contact with each other or with conductive enclosures in a cost-effective manner in the smallest spaces. This saves assembly effort and production costs. High temperatures and mechanical stress have no effect on the excellent connections of the EMI contact fingers.
Currently, 15 different versions are available, with heights ranging from 1.5 mm to 13.0 mm. EMI contact springs can be fully automated and fitted onto PCBs. They are supplied in blister packs. All products are in stock, and samples are provided free of charge.
