The WE-XHMI Performance SMD inductors offer a high maximum saturation current of up to 114 A and the ability to withstand high current transients. They are suitable for use as DC/DC converters in power supplies, point-of-load converters, and high-current filters, as well as in industrial computers, motherboards, and graphics cards.

The new generation of WE-XHMI flat copper wire molded inductors offers the lowest DC resistance (Rdc) combined with reduced AC losses. Compared to standard products in the range, the new "Performance" models feature an extended inductance range, a higher operating temperature (from -55°C to +150°C), up to 30% lower resistance, and up to 50% higher current ratings. Thanks to the significant reduction in DC losses compared to inductors of the same size, the new models enable more efficient operation with less self-heating. The low DC losses with higher current ratings allow for more efficient switched-mode converters.
