The new SM91501AL and SM91502AL are two-channel and single-channel isolation transformer modules, respectively, that provide common-mode inductances to prevent noise in BMS applications. Compliant with the AEC-Q200 standard for automotive applications, the modules have also been implemented in Analog Devices' LTC6804-1/6811 reference designs and NXP's MC33771/33772 battery control devices.
Other electrical features include operating voltages of 1600 V DC and 1000 V DC for the SM91501AL and SM91502AL, respectively, and a high-potential insulation voltage of 4300 V DC. These models also feature an extended operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, daisy-chain serial isoSPI communication support, and RoHS compliance.
