The capacitors have a standard capacitance tolerance of 20%, with a 10% tolerance also available. Optimized for power pulse and energy hold applications in laser guidance, radar, and avionics systems, the products are housed in a hermetically sealed, all-tantalum case for enhanced reliability. The devices operate in a temperature range from -55°C to +85°C, up to +125°C with voltage reduction, and provide a maximum ESR of up to 0.030 Ω at 1 kHz and +25°C. The capacitors are available with tin/lead (Sn/Pb) and 100% RoHS-compliant terminations.
