Arduino M0 Pro-WPrimarily aimed at students, engineers, and hackers, the Arduino M0 Pro board was designed to facilitate the development of innovative ideas for smart Internet of Things (IoT) devices, wearable technologies, high-tech automation, robotics, and other innovative projects. In addition to enabling new project opportunities, the board is a valuable educational tool for learning 32-bit application development.

The M0 Arduino Pro board, featuring the low-power Atmel SAM D21 microcontroller with a 32-bit ARM Cortex® M0+ core, strengthens the Arduino family offering, delivering enhanced performance and a highly flexible feature set. A key feature of this board is its Atmel Embedded Debugger (EDBG), which provides a comprehensive debugging interface without the need for additional hardware, making software debugging much easier. The EDBG also supports virtual COM ports that can be used for device programming and utilizes the bootloader functionality of the traditional Arduino.

Also compatible with 3.3V shields that comply with the Arduino R3 design, as well as with development using the Arduino programming language, thanks to a custom-developed software library that is integrated into the Arduino development environment.

The main hardware specifications of the M0 Pro board include: an ATSAMD21G18 MCU capable of 48 MHz, packaged in a 48-pin LQFP, operating at 3.3 V, 256 KB of flash memory, 32 KB of SRAM, and up to 16 KB of EEPROM via emulation. Input/output options include 14 I/O pins with 12 PWM and UART channels, six 12-bit ADC input channels, and one 10-bit DAC output.
