It is also ideal for all non-rail and transportation applications exposed to harsh conditions, such as automation, autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). These applications require advanced embedded system capabilities provided by 11th generation Intel Core processor technology, which the module delivers in an industry-compliant design and is certified to meet all required IEC-60068 specifications.

The conga-TC570r module has undergone rigorous testing and certification according to several IEC-60068 standards. It is certified for reliable operation under extreme temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +85 °C, including temperature change (IEC-60068-2-14 Nb) and rapid temperature change (IEC-60068-2-14 Na). It also offers shock and vibration resistance according to DIN EN 61373 of April 2011, Category 2 (Railway applications). Furthermore, the module is protected against harsh environmental conditions, such as high humidity, according to IEC-60721-3-7 Class 7K3, 7M2. Optional features include conformal coatings to further enhance resistance to liquids and moisture.
