It can be mounted with a wide range of laser heads, which allows for the machining of even large parts and enables them to be moved precisely along different paths above them.

The manipulator also ensures maximum precision and path accuracy in linear and circular movements thanks to the Yaskawa Sigma-7 precision gearbox. The robot arm's rigidity is approximately 50% greater than that of a similarly designed Motoman manipulator robot. As a further design improvement, the robot requires only a single cable to connect to the high-performance YCR1000 controller.
This new solution is ideal for 3D welding of contours and complex parts, boasting a repeatability of only +/- 0.015 mm.
Furthermore, it meets IP67 protection class standards, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
