The OL-450S manages the transport of rolling cages, trolleys and other load transport devices with a payload capacity of up to 450 kg and a lifting height of between 108 mm and 308 mm.

The integrated lift plate eliminates the need for customization or additional accessories, providing a "plug-and-play" solution compatible with both standard and custom racks.

Equipped with 360-degree safety coverage and omnidirectional drive, the OL-450S moves with ease through complex layouts.

Sensors and 360-degree safety coverage improve location tracking, while its flexible movement, including forward, backward, and sideways, allows it to adapt to constantly evolving operational demands. It also features wireless charging.

Like all OMRON AMRs, the OL-450S is managed by OMRON's FLOW Core software, a centralized platform capable of managing fleets of up to 100 mobile robots with different payload capacities.
