To implement this agreement, BEC commits to supporting and facilitating the promotion and dissemination of the activities of this Group, linked to the Aeronautical Advanced Manufacturing Center (CFAA), through its trade fairs and industrial events. As the first action under this agreement, the CFAA will be present as an exhibitor from May 28 to June 1 at the 30th BIEMH, with a stand located in Hall 1 of the exhibition center. Furthermore, on the afternoon of April 29, the CFAA will hold a conference in conjunction with BIEMH, whose program will address "The Machines for Aircraft Engines of 2025.".
For its part, the Association undertakes to include BEC as a Collaborating Partner and to promote the participation of the Association's members in the activities carried out by BEC related to the topics of interest of the center: Factory of the future, Advanced Manufacturing, Industry 4.0…
The Business Group for the Development of Advanced Aeronautical Manufacturing Techniques, established in 2014, aims to promote and coordinate R&D activities in collaboration with various public bodies in the Basque Country in relation to the development of advanced manufacturing technologies applicable to the aeronautical industry, as well as the subsequent transfer of the results of said R&D to the production environment associated with the value chain of the sector.
