With analytics performed at the i-PRO camera endpoint, the in-camera solution eliminates the need to transmit video to a PC/server. The application integrates with i-PRO cameras using AI via a per-camera license, with no minimum number of cameras required. It can also be integrated with the i-PRO Video Insight video management system (VMS), simplifying deployment and operation.
This AI solution is applicable to urban surveillance, parking, access control, security, law enforcement, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). The latest version of the camera-integrated VaxALPR application boasts recognition rates exceeding 98% and is suitable for any traffic environment.
Vaxtor also plans to integrate its other object character recognition (OCR) applications, including its generic VaxOCR Genesis OCR reader, for use with i-PRO cameras in the future.
