The Technology Stage awaits interested parties with scientific presentations and panel discussions from leading research and development departments in the sector. The agenda includes key topics such as "Will SiC Ultimately Stand Up to GaN?" and "GaN Wide Bandgap, The Future of Power," as well as the session "Technical Working Groups' Updates: IEC, PECTA, IEEE, CIGRE.".

The presentations at the E-Mobility & Energy Storage Stage will shed light on current and future advancements in power electronics for electromobility and energy storage. In addition to the engaging conference program, a networking area invites visitors to participate in live discussions. Those interested can also learn more through live product demonstrations at the exhibition booths.

In the new University Research Zone, various national and international universities and institutes will offer daily in-depth insights into the power electronics research landscape. The Technical University of Denmark, the Bundeswehr University of Germany, and RWTH Aachen University, among others, will present current research projects.

The opening speeches each day are one of the highlights of the conference. Rolf Hellinger, Director of Core Technology and the Power Electronics Competence Center at Siemens AG, will kick off the conference with the first keynote address on the topic "AI between Hype and Industrial-Grade."
On the second day, Martin Wietschel, Director of the Energy Technology and Energy Systems Competence Center at Fraunhofer ISI, will speak on the topic "Infrastructure Requirements for Electrified Heavy Goods Transport in Germany and the EU."

To conclude the keynote lectures, Gerald Deboy, Fellow at Infineon Technologies Austria, will present "Challenges and solutions to enhance the latest generations of processors for hyperscale data centers" on the last day of the conference.

Interactive Learning: Focus Seminars.
The two days leading up to the PCIM Europe 2024 exhibition and conference, half-day seminars will offer an opportunity for direct exchange between seminar instructors and participants. The interactive sessions cover a range of topics in power electronics and will allow participants to benefit from expert insights, enhance practical skills, and build valuable networks.

The PCIM Europe digital event platform offers the opportunity to explore conference presentations and exhibition spaces, gaining extensive information and expertise regardless of time or location. All oral presentations at the conference will be streamed live and subsequently available on demand on the digital platform, with the exception of poster presentations. Furthermore, content from the Technology, Exhibitors, E-Mobility, and Energy Storage and Smart Electrical Systems Integration phases will be available in the media library. Exhibiting companies will also have a presence on the digital platform with their company and product profiles.
