Key themes at this year's event included electric mobility, AI data centers, renewable energy and smart energy, and modern power electronics solutions based on broadband semiconductors such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN). Numerous national and international companies presented their innovative products and solutions for current and future industry challenges.
Three new dedicated exhibition areas proved particularly popular: the Industry Chain Exhibition Zone – Power Electronics for Electric Mobility, the AI Data Center Power Ecosystem Zone, and the Renewable Energy and Smart Energy Zone. These were complemented by a comprehensive parallel program featuring a total of 192 presentations in forums, specialized seminars, and product demonstrations.

After three days of in-depth discussions on the future of power electronics, attention is already turning to the next edition of the event. Due to its relocation in August 2027, it will be renamed PCIM Asia Shanghai to reflect its new host city.
