At the booth, Yamaha will showcase SCARA and Cartesian robots that cooperate to accelerate adhesive placement and bonding. Visitors will be able to see how coordination between multiple robots reduces process cycle time, increasing production while maintaining consistent quality.
A display featuring the LCMR200 linear transport module will illustrate flexible part transport with precise, programmable positioning. Combined with a Cartesian robot, the demonstration will show how the LCMR200's accuracy helps simplify system design, as well as increase throughput and efficiency.
Furthermore, Yamaha's Robonity single-axis robots combine compact dimensions with high rigidity and a low center of gravity to enable stable, space-saving solutions for transport, feeding, and general process automation. The associated EP-01 controller and software tools simplify robot selection, simulation, and programming, and provide real-time performance monitoring. The Robonity range also includes motorless actuators, offering additional flexibility for customizing system capabilities and cost.
Visitors will also be able to see the affordable, high-performance YK-XE SCARA robots, available with arm lengths from 400 mm to 710 mm and a payload capacity of up to 10 kg. By lowering the cost of entry into advanced and flexible automation, the YK-XE series enables businesses of all sizes to become more productive and competitive.
Yamaha's robotics experts will be present at booth no. 314 in hall B5 throughout the event to describe the demonstrations in detail and answer visitors' questions.
