The Agilex® 3 FPGAs and systems-on-a-chip (SoCs) available from Mouser offer high performance with an energy-efficient and cost-effective design, thanks to the Hyperflex™ FPGA architecture and advanced transceiver technology. Agilex 3 devices also incorporate a novel, enhanced DSP (digital signal processing) with AI tensor blocks, enabling high operations per second (TOPS) computing density within the FPGA fabric.
The Agilex 5 FPGAs and SoCs also incorporate AI tensor blocks embedded throughout the FPGA fabric, providing highly efficient AI and DSP functionality. An asymmetric application processor system, comprised of two Arm® Cortex® A76 cores and two Cortex A55 cores, optimizes performance and power efficiency for complex workloads. Agilex 5 FPGAs offer advanced features such as high-speed transceivers delivering up to 28.1 Gbps, a DDR PCIe 4.0 x8 memory interface supporting DDR5 at 4000 Mbps, and 1.05 to 3.3 V general-purpose I/O. Ultra-low, deterministic latency, coupled with true hardware parallelism for sensor fusion, makes Agilex 5 FPGAs ideal solutions for powering physical AI systems, such as humanoid robots, AI-enabled medical devices, and autonomous vehicles.
The Agilex 5 FPGA E-Series 065B Modular Development Kit, available for order, is a complete reference platform design and prototyping environment powered by a power-optimized Agilex 5 E-Series FPGA. The modular architecture of the development kit's board and carrier offers extensive connectivity, including PCIe Gen4, SFP+ (10G), HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 2.0, and dual 2.5G TSN Ethernet. These connectivity options enable rapid development in machine vision, AI, and industrial applications.
The Agilex 5 E-Series FPGA 065B Premium Development Kit, also based on an Agilex 5 E-Series FPGA, integrates a wide range of connectivity options, including dual QSFP/SFP28 ports, PCIe Gen4 via FMC+, USB 3.1, and multiple Ethernet interfaces. The development kit supports three memory types—DDR4 for both the FPGA and the integrated processor system (HPS), and LPDDR4 for high-speed data processing—making it ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications.
