Semikron Danfoss's SEMITRANS® 20 is designed for high-power applications and fast-switching operations, representing the next generation of power modules for large converters. SEMITRANS® 20 with ROHM's 2 kV SiC MOSFETs is an integral part of SMA's Sunny Central FLEX solar system. "Semikron Danfoss and ROHM have collaborated for over a decade, primarily focusing on the implementation of silicon carbide (SiC) in power modules.
