The RS Pro A and B series fittings include screw-type and spring-type terminals, providing both electrical and mechanical protection. These series are UL approved. All fittings feature grounded contacts to prevent incorrect polarity and self-mounted contacts, eliminating the need for tools. The fittings are available in the most common contact sizes, including 3 PE, 4 PE, 6 PE, 10 PE, 16 PE, and 24 PE. Other notable features include insulation resistance below 1010Ω; a capacity of over 500 snap-in cycles; an industrial operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C; and a UL90V0 flammability rating.
This launch also includes two series of IP65-rated die-cast metal enclosures and covers. The RS Pro A series, available in size 3A, is made of zinc-plated die-cast metal and offers options for top entry, side entry, cable-to-cable, surface mounting, and bulkhead/panel mounting. The RS Pro B series is made of die-cast metal with aluminum and offers cover options with side and top entry, bulkhead/panel mounting, and surface mounting, featuring two metal locking levers for secure installation. The B series is also available in sizes 10B, 16B, and 24B, with a single-lever locking lever option in size 6B.
All products bear the RS Pro seal of approval. This seal confirms that the products have been tested and meet all industry standard requirements.
