Available in three models to meet the needs of different sectors, the TLS responds to specific operational needs:

• TLS-S: Designed for the process industry, for potentially explosive environments thanks to its ATEX approval capability. It is useful for protecting water pumps, tanks, and pipelines against overflows and dry running.

• TLS-H: With a hygienic design, it is the perfect choice for the food and pharmaceutical industries, where high standards of safety and hygiene are required.

• TLS-C: a compact version, designed for OEM applications that require space-saving solutions without compromising performance.

The main features that make TLS a beneficial solution for customers include:

• Compact design and easy integration into a wide range of industrial systems.
• Low maintenance costs thanks to its robust and simplified design.
• Stable and reliable level measurement, unaffected by flow rate, vibrations, or solids present in the fluid.
• Suitable for numerous sectors: petroleum, chemical, water and wastewater, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

The TLS operating principle is based on a vibrating fork that, when submerged in the fluid, alters its resonant frequency. This change is detected and converted into a switching signal, enabling precise detection of level variations, regardless of the mounting position. Furthermore, the switching point can be adjusted with high precision, thanks to the ability to configure up to ten sensitivity levels and a switching delay of 1 to 20 seconds (TLS-S model).

With TLS, operational risks can be reduced, efficiency improved, and you can benefit from greater long-term reliability and accuracy.
