Vishay Semiconductors' rectifier modules include the VS-QA100FA10 (100 A), VS-QA200FA10 (200 A) , and VS-QA400FA10 (400 A) in parallel configurations, as well as the VS-QA150BA10 (150 A) single-phase bridgerectifier. Thanks to their industry-standard SOT-227 package, these devices can directly replace competing solutions to improve efficiency.

The modules combine extremely low forward voltage drop and high current capabilities with negligible Qrr and operation at high temperatures up to +150°C. They are intended for high-frequency converters and power supplies in applications such as welding and industrial SMPS, 48V battery-powered light vehicles, and telecommunications equipment, as well as acting as blocking diodes for large battery systems.
The VS-QA100FA10, VS-QA150BA10, VS-QA200FA10, and VS-QA400FA10 modules are RoHS compliant and UL listed under file E78996.
