The modules, available in compact M.2 and mini PCIe form factors, incorporate 2x2 MIMO architecture, combo versions with Bluetooth, and broad compatibility with Windows and Linux systems. In addition to meeting the growing demand for higher bandwidth, they offer thermal robustness, global certifications, and simplified integration, facilitating both the development of new equipment and the modernization of existing platforms.

The most advanced model in the series is the WNFQ-291BEI(BT), an M.2 2230 E Key form factor based on the Qualcomm WCN7851 chipset. It incorporates Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), a PCIe interface for WLAN, USB for Bluetooth, and tri-band capability at 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz, with support for concurrent dual-band operation and channel widths up to 320 MHz.
The next step up is the WPEQ-268AXI(BT), a half-size mini PCIe module with a Qualcomm Atheros WCN6856 chipset, designed for Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax). It also features a 2x2 MU-MIMO architecture, a PCIe interface for Wi-Fi and USB for Bluetooth, and extends its coverage to 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz, with support for channel widths up to 160 MHz.

Completing the trio is the WPEQ-261ACNI(BT), based on the Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174A-5, in a half-mini PCIe form factor and featuring Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). While it's the most technologically mature of the three, it maintains a highly relevant logic for industrial projects: dual-band, 2T2R, MU-MIMO, integrated Bluetooth, and operation in an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. For manufacturers and developers, this translates into an attractive alternative when the goal isn't to pursue the latest innovations in the standard, but rather to ensure availability, stability, and an integration path compatible with existing platforms.
Regarding certifications, SparkLAN maintains a global strategy: the modules are designed to comply with FCC (USA), CE (Europe), IC (Canada), and MIC (Japan) regulations, as well as RoHS and REACH environmental standards, simplifying their adoption in products destined for international markets.
