For board-to-board connections, the WR-BTB and WR-PHD product families, specifically designed for SMT equipment and the temperature of the reflow soldering oven, are now available. The same applies to data connections, specifically between the cable and circuit board: the REDFIT IDC SKEDD connector. The patented connection technology of this connector is remarkable. It allows for reversible, solderless, and compact signal connections. The connectors do not require a counterpart; contact holes on the PCB are sufficient.
The USB connector product segment now includes a new series of THR/SMT variants, so products for both assembly methods are now available. Low-profile modular jack variants with and without LEDs have also been added. The terminal block product group has also been expanded, and a range of special compact solutions for switches and pushbuttons has been introduced.
