Like all systems in the MFT family, version 900 supports In-Circuit Testing (ICT), Functional Testing (FCT), and Flash programming applications within a single handler. Multiple test processes can be integrated on a single machine, eliminating the need for additional equipment and simplifying the production layout.
The modular design allows for various configurations, such as single or dual lane, single or dual well, and single or dual segment, facilitating parallel testing. The system guarantees a constant contact force at each test point, configurable according to the selected motor within a range of 5 to 20 kN.
