One of its main features is the ability to achieve a system accuracy of up to 0.05 °C and a resolution of 0.001 °C when used with a high-precision Pt100 immersion and penetration probe.
Temperature measurement with up to six probes
The testo 735 is a three-channel measuring instrument that allows direct connection of up to three temperature probes. It also supports the addition of three more probes via wireless connection, expanding the monitoring possibilities for different measurement points. This configuration facilitates its use in applications requiring temperature comparison, temperature distribution verification, or performance testing of installed sensors. Thanks to its compatibility with high-precision Pt100 probes, the instrument is suitable for calibrating fixed temperature probes, as well as for measurements in laboratories and thermal control processes.
Testo 735-1 for on-site measurements and documentation
The meter is available in two versions, tailored to different recording and analysis needs. The testo 735-1 is designed for quick measurements and direct documentation of results on-site. With an optional testo high-speed printer, users can print recorded values, minimum and maximum temperatures, and complete measurement series. This functionality simplifies record-keeping during inspection, maintenance, and verification of installations.
Testo 735-2 with memory for 10,000 measurements
The testo 735-2 version incorporates additional data storage and analysis functions. The device has internal memory for up to 10,000 measurement values and 99 measurement points, enabling documentation of checks performed at different locations. Users can store individual reports and series of measurements for later analysis on a computer using dedicated software. The results can be displayed in tables and graphs, facilitating the evaluation of temperature trends.
For applications that require greater traceability, there is also a software solution designed to manage and document measurements in accordance with CFR requirements.
IP65 protection and alarm functions
Both versions of the testo 735 include functions for displaying minimum, maximum, and average values, as well as temperature differences between measurements. They also feature an audible alarm that alerts the user when configured temperature limits are exceeded. The instrument has IP65 protection, is designed in accordance with HACCP requirements, and is certified according to EN 13485.
These features allow it to be used in professional applications that require reliable measurements, documentation of results, and resistance to demanding environmental conditions.
With the Testo 735-1 and Testo 735-2 versions, Testo offers two alternatives for temperature control, from spot checks to measurement tasks that require data storage, analysis and traceability.
