An instrument designed specifically to measure, display and store all physical parameters in single-phase or three-phase solar energy installations.
The Greentest FTV100 calculates the performance of photovoltaic panels by incorporating measurements of solar irradiance, ambient temperature, and panel temperature, along with the panel's output current and voltage values. Simultaneously, or retrospectively, the Greentest calculates the DC/AC conversion efficiency at the inverter output by measuring the voltages and currents upstream and downstream of the inverter.
In established installations, the Greentest can verify whether the silicon cells (which make up the photovoltaic panel) produce sufficient DC voltage and current to ensure optimal performance. This equipment allows owners of new or used photovoltaic systems to demonstrate their proper functioning and thus confirm a satisfactory return on their investment.
