The user interface is based on the same controls and menus as the SSA3000X and SSA3000X Plus series, making the experience incredibly simple and fast. It includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen, external mouse and keyboard control, and an integrated web server, making analyzer operation intuitive, easy, and convenient.

The two available models feature bandwidths of 9 kHz to 5 GHz and 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz. They also boast a minimum resolution bandwidth (RBW) of 1 Hz and a standard integrated preamplifier, helping to deliver a minimum DANL of -165 dBm. All of this, combined with the analyzer's amplitude accuracy,
real-time analysis capabilities of up to 40 MHz bandwidth, 100% POI for signals occurring in >7.2 μs, multi-dimensional data displays, advanced triggering, and RF data capture, makes this new series capable of tackling many modern RF challenges.
The advanced measurements option (SSA3000XR-AMK) includes channel power (CHP), advanced adjacent channel power (ACPR), occupied bandwidth (OBW), time of incidence (TOI), waterfall diagram, harmonic measurements, and carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR). All of these options can help address various challenges in transmission technology or communication systems.
An EMI option has been expanded to offer an advanced EMI measurement display. The available detectors have also been expanded to include peak, average, RMS, and quasi-peak detector types. EMI filter bandwidths of 200 Hz, 9 kHz, 120 kHz, and 1 MHz are also available, as defined by CISPR16.1. The instrument's real-time capabilities can also be used for EMI debugging purposes, for example, to measure and locate rare interference and broadband noise.
The SSA3000X-R also includes a vector signal analysis option for different types of digital modulation (SSA3000XR-WDMA). This option is designed to determine the quality of complex modulated signals and measure, for example, the error vector magnitude (EVM) of PSK, MSK, or QAM modulated signals. The SSA3000X-R is capable of analyzing signals with a modulation bandwidth of up to 40 MHz.
Like the other spectrum analyzers in SIGLENT's SSA series, the XR series also includes an integrated tracking generator (TG) as standard. When combined with an external return loss bridge, the spectrum analyzer becomes a scalar network analyzer.
In addition to its impressive specifications, its flexibility and expandability make this analyzer an indispensable new tool for RF circuit development.
