Precise power sources and meters ensure that the test quality is suitable for the accurate, reliable, and crucial performance of capacity, yield, production, and qualification tests of battery modules/packs during incoming or outgoing inspection.

Regenerative Battery Testing:
The system architecture features a regenerative discharge design to recycle electrical energy from the battery/module/pack and feed it back into the utility grid in the most efficient way. This function saves electricity, reduces the footprint of thermal installations, and offers a green solution by reducing the environmental impact on our planet.

17020 soft battery pro wThis system is equipped with multiple independent channels for charge/discharge testing on multiple battery modules/packs, each with its own test characteristics. The channels can be easily connected in parallel to support higher current requirements. This feature provides maximum flexibility between a high number of channels and high test current.
Its advanced hardware can create transitions between maximum charge and maximum discharge (or maximum discharge and maximum charge) with a rapid 10 ms conversion. This feature allows the charge/discharge modes to simulate real-world situations.
Flexible programming functions are available, operated via the powerful "Battery Pro" software. Battery Pro can be used to create everything from basic charge/discharge cycle tests to complex handling tests on individual channels or channel groups. A thermal camera control can be incorporated and integrated into a profile for on/off switching based on time or battery behavior characteristics. The Pro software features enable fast and intuitive test development and eliminate the need for tedious programming by a software engineer.
It features multiple safety characteristics, including polarity check, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and temperature protection, to ensure a safe charge/discharge test. In the unlikely event of a power loss or computer communication failure, data is securely stored in the system's non-volatile memory to protect against potential data loss and allow the test to resume after a restart.
