The new digitizers incorporate all the necessary software tools for capturing, storing, and analyzing signals. Setup requires no preparation; simply connect the digitizerNETBOX's Gigabit Ethernet port to a computer or the company network, run the software, and start working. Compliance with the LXI standard ensures easy integration into any automated test system.

The seven models include single- or dual-channel variants and offer maximum sampling rates of 3.2, 5, and 10 GS/s, all with 12-bit resolution and bandwidths of 1, 2, 3, and 4.7 GHz.

Each channel is equipped with its own A/D converter and independent frontend signal conditioning, as well as calibrated gain and offset. Input ranges are programmable from ±200 mV to ±2.5 V. The A/D converters in the two-channel models are synchronized, minimizing phase errors and enabling highly accurate multichannel measurements. The high sampling rates of the products are complemented by ample internal memory for capturing and storing long or complex signals. Each unit includes 2 Gsamples (4 GB) of acquisition memory as standard, or 8 Gsamples (16 GB) as an option.

The memory also offers a suite of intelligent trigger and acquisition modes. This allows you to capture and save problematic signals along with their trigger timestamp, thus making the most efficient use of the memory. Transient capture, multi-recording, and block averaging functions are also included.

The instrument can be controlled by running SBench 6 Professional, Spectrum's software for data acquisition, visualization, processing, analysis, storage, and documentation. This powerful tool is included free of charge with every unit. Alternatively, custom application-specific code can be used. All digitizerNETBOX products are fully programmable and come with software development kits for programming in many different languages, including C++, Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.

The front panel connectors facilitate integration of the units into automated test applications (ATE). Dedicated cables are available for external clock and trigger signals, as well as multipurpose cables for various uses, such as asynchronous digital inputs or outputs, synchronous digital inputs, triggering, clock outputs, or run and readiness status indicators. A high-speed digital pulse generator option is also available if required.

Weighing less than 7 kg, they are easily portable and ideal for mobile or desktop use. Rack-mount kits are available for installation in standard 19-inch racks.

DigitizerNETBOX instruments come with a 5-year warranty. Software and firmware updates are included free of charge for the lifetime of each unit, along with worldwide support provided by the company's hardware and software engineers. Spectrum typically offers technical support and spare parts for 15 to 20 years.
