1. High Voltage and Wide Bandwidth Measurement:
To accurately observe the waveforms of rapidly changing signals prevalent in electric vehicle (EV) and clean energy applications, the PBDH0400 series differential probes measure voltages exceeding 1000 V and offer a wide frequency range from DC to 400 MHz. This capability is beneficial for developers of next-generation inverters, enabling the precise observation of small changes in high-speed switching signals. Furthermore, their noise immunity allows for the detection of events that can cause unexpected anomalies, such as wave spikes and oscillations.
2. Automatic Power Supply and Attenuation Adjustment:
The PBDH0400 series incorporates Yokogawa's probe interface, which reduces installation costs and space by eliminating the need for an external power supply when connected to a Yokogawa oscilloscope. Additionally, the probe's attenuation ratio is automatically adjusted via the interface, allowing measurements to begin immediately after connection to the instrument. By combining the PBDH0400 with Yokogawa's DLM5000HD or DLM3000HD 12-bit oscilloscopes, more accurate waveform measurements are achieved.
