The new Kontron motherboards are based on the Intel® Coffee Lake platform and, with an extensive BIOS update, enable the use of the latest 9th generation Intel® processors based on Fujitsu's proven design.
The upgrade to the first eight-core processor in the LGA1151 socket delivers a performance boost through optimized processor technology and allows for clock speeds of up to 5 GHz in the top-of-the-line model with the Intel® Core™ i9-9900K processor.
The current "Designed by Fujitsu" industrial motherboards support processors up to 98W. The Mini-ITX D3633-S and D3634-S motherboards are equipped with an Intel®-300 series chipset and offer extensive graphics interfaces such as DVI-D, DP, LVDS, and eDP despite their small form factor. The D3641-S µATX and D3646-S ATX, on the other hand, feature a powerful Intel® C246 chipset that includes Intel® iAMT and Intel® Xeon™ processors. All motherboards offer a variety of interfaces such as SATA, USB 3.1, and several COM ports.
The latest extended lifecycle motherboards are designed for semi-industrial applications. The portfolio includes Mini-STX, Thin Mini-ITX, and µATX form factors, as well as various connectivity interfaces.
