The extensive product range covers a wide variety of applications across power classes from 0.5 kW to several MW. Target markets and applications include industrial drives, renewable energy, rail vehicles, uninterruptible power supplies, hybrid and electric vehicles, and increasingly, electrically driven industrial and agricultural vehicles.
The current flagship product in Infineon's IPC product range is the EconoDUAL™ Series 3. It offers maximum power density in a compact footprint. Featuring Infineon's 600 A IGBT4, it is available with nominal voltages of 600 V, 1200 V, and 1700 V. The latest addition to the series, the FF600R07ME4_B11 with the enhanced 650 V IGBT4 module, offers a 50 V higher blocking voltage and excellent short-circuit withstand capability.
The AECQ101-qualified HybridPACK™ IGBT modules for the automotive sector feature a compact, cost-optimized design with PressFIT connectors and screw-in main connections for quick and secure mounting. Furthermore, the product range available at Rutronik now also includes Infineon's easy, Econo, and 62mm product families. In the high-power sector, Rutronik customers have access to modules with PrimePACK™ and IHM/IHV, with which Infineon has set international industry standards. Many products are available with factory-applied thermal interface material (TIM). This significantly reduces the contact resistance between the metal surfaces of the power semiconductor and the heat sink, thus facilitating heat transfer and increasing both module lifespan and reliability.
