Ingeteam has over 16 years of experience in the photovoltaic sector, where it has supplied 5 GW of power worldwide and established itself as a leading provider of operation and maintenance services. Ingeteam manufactures a wide range of solutions for the solar sector, offering photovoltaic inverters for residential, commercial, and grid-connected applications, as well as integrated medium-voltage systems and battery inverters for grid-connected and off-grid applications.
Operating in the solar sector since 2008, Bonfiglioli designs, manufactures, and supplies grid-connected central inverters for solar installations and provides ongoing support throughout the installation's lifecycle. With an installed base of approximately 3 GW, Bonfiglioli has a significant project pipeline for the coming months. Under this agreement, Ingeteam acquires Bonfiglioli's solar business, including its operation and maintenance activities.
Through this operation, Ingeteam has gained access to a significant portfolio of photovoltaic projects and is increasing its operation and maintenance services business, adding the 3 GW of Bonfiglioli to its 6.5 GW of installed capacity under maintenance globally.
