GSI Technology's product line consists of four memory product series that combine capacity and performance, offering unmatched transaction speeds. GSI's SigmaQuad™ SRAMs are synchronous memories with separate data buses for reading and writing, capable of transferring four sets of data (two sets for each data bus) in a single clock cycle. SigmaQuad memories are compatible with other quad data rate SRAMs on the market and are ideal for applications that frequently alternate between read and write operations, operating at frequencies up to 1333 MHz. GSI's SigmaDDR™ SRAMs are synchronous memories with a common data bus for reading and writing. SigmaDDR memories transfer two sets of data via the data bus in a single clock cycle and are compatible with double data rate SRAMs from other manufacturers.
GSI Technology's No Bus Turnaround (NBT™) devices are synchronous burst-capable memories that do not require "turn-off" cycles (i.e., clock pause cycles between read and write operations). The devices' simple interface is designed to take full advantage of the data bus bandwidth. GSI's NBT device catalog is available through Mouser with densities of 144 Mbit and 288 Mbit for 18- and 36-bit memory. GSI's SyncBurst™ SRAMs are synchronous burst devices that provide a burst of two or four words (typically) in response to a single command. NBT and SyncBurst devices are ideal for military, industrial, networking, automotive, and medical imaging applications.
