The IQD Frequency product line, available from Mouser Electronics, features over 80 models. The ultra-small IQXO-984/985/986 series are 32.768 kHz oscillators that consume only 30 μA, with a standby current of just 3 μA. These devices offer a startup time of only 10 ms at 1.8 V with a rise and fall time of 200 ns. These ultra-low power oscillators are ideal for use in portable and battery-powered applications, such as battery management systems, communication modules and systems, LCD lighting systems, and smart meters.
The IQXO-540 AUTO series are AEC-Q200 and ISO/TS16949 qualified oscillators for industrial and automotive applications, with frequencies available in the 4.0 to 50 MHz range. With stabilities up to ±25 ppm over -40 to +85 degrees Celsius or ±50 ppm in the extended temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius, the hermetically sealed 3.3V ceramic models offer a current draw of only 5 mA and a standby current of 10 μA (in the standard temperature range), making them ideal for industrial applications as well as automotive applications, including ABS, airbag sensors, navigation, and remote keyless entry systems.
The IQXT-210 series temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) are specifically designed for applications requiring a highly stable oscillator but lacking the physical space to drive an oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO). The IQXT-210 series offers frequency stability as low as ±0.14 ppm across a broad frequency range of 10 MHz to 50 MHz. Operating over the standard industrial temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, the 3.3V devices exhibit a typical current draw of less than 10 mA.
The IQOV-162 series OCXOs provide frequency stability up to ±5 parts per billion (ppb) across the entire industrial temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. These 14 × 9 × 6.5 mm, 3.3 V devices are available in a wide frequency range of 10 to 100 MHz and offer 300 mA current consumption. The IQOV-162 series oscillators are ideal for applications such as CDMA base stations, optical networks, Ethernet, SATA, and satellite communications, or anywhere a very low-profile OCXO is required.
