Fagor Electrónica's product range is suitable for a wide variety of applications, from industrial and automotive electronics to consumer electronics. Key products include Schottky barrier diodes, fast and ultra-fast recovery bridge rectifiers, and surface-mount (SMD) voltage transient suppressor diodes.
Fagor Electrónica's thyristors are available with repetitive peak reverse voltage up to 1200 V, rated suppression current from 0.8 A to 50 A, and maximum gate trigger current from 15 mA to 80 mA. Applications include AC/DC and AC/AC conversion, surge protection, and soft-start functions for industrial systems.
Fagor Electrónica's TRIACs are suitable for switching static relays, motor starting circuits, thermal regulation and induction, and phase control in motor speed controllers and current regulators.
