Among the Harwin technologies that will be showcased during the event are the durable Kontrol series of high-performance, 1.27mm pitch PCB connectors designed for industrial applications, along with the newly introduced Flecto range of high pin count, fine-pitch floating connectors.

The Kontrol family includes flexible, robust, and space-saving board-to-board and board-to-cable connectors designed to withstand the rigorous demands of industrial applications, from factory automation systems to portable devices. Flecto is specifically designed to meet the data and power transfer demands of high-performance applications, while providing the positional tolerance needed to support high-speed automated assembly of printed circuit boards with multiple connector pairs.

“Microcontrollers, microprocessors, memory, and software are often the most important components when developing embedded systems, but the connectors used to transfer data and power to the system also play a critical role in the functionality, performance, size, weight, and reliability of the final application,” says Jessica Knight, Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Harwin. “Embedded World North America is the perfect event to highlight how our comprehensive product portfolio helps engineers address these criteria in advanced embedded designs.”

Alongside the Kontrol and Flecto products, Harwin will also showcase a wide range of other robust and reliable connector technologies for applications ranging from submarines to satellites, industrial automation to unmanned vehicles, and medical equipment to automotive electronics.
