The project is introducing the use of digital twins for real-time monitoring and control of power electronics. This new method provides detailed electrical models for monitoring purposes.

The consortium of partners consists of 21 large companies, 18 SMEs and 24 research partners from 13 countries, and focuses on demonstrating the potential of innovative approaches in different industrial fields.

The project aims to reduce power losses by 25%, increase device/system lifespan by 30%, reduce chip size by 10%, and cut design time by 50%. It also addresses the megatrends of self-sufficiency, sustainability, and digitalization for the benefit of the economy and society.
